The company was formerly known as Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited. The company was incorporated in 1964 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC is a subsidiary of The Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla).
