Dhaka Bank PLC., together with subsidiaries, provides a range of banking and investment services in Bangladesh. It offers various retail banking products and services, such as current, savings, builder, and retail accounts; deposit and pension schemes, fixed deposits receipt, short notice deposits, and deposit plan; car, home, and personal loans; EduSavings plan, student’s ledger, and shopno jatra; gift cheque and locker services; and debit, credit and prepaid cards. The company also provides various corporate banking products and services, including long, mid, and short term financing products, as well as working capital finance, trade finance, and cash management services. In addition, it offers syndications and structured finance products; offshore banking services; MSME deposit and loan products; re-financing/pre-finance scheme; and other products, such as facility for women entrepreneur and 1st time borrower, commercial housing, and lease financing. Further, the company provides Islamic banking services comprising deposit and investment products, as well as digital banking services; and sustainable finance products. The company operates through branches, SME service centers, sub branches, Islamic windows, and ATM booths and internet banking, as well as offshore banking units and Islamic banking branches. The company was formerly known as Dhaka Bank Limited and changed its name to Dhaka Bank PLC. in November 2023. Dhaka Bank PLC. was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
