Shasha Denims PLC., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacturing, dyeing, weaving, finishing, and exporting of denim fabrics in Bangladesh and internationally. The company is also involved in spinning activities; export wholesaling and retail dealing in acrylic wool, textiles, and fabrics; dealing in readymade sweater garments; mill owning; dress maker tailor outfitting, gloving, and dry cleaning; cutting, sewing, and living jeans and jackets; packaging; commission agent services; sub-contracting in garment stitching; operating clothing stores; and e-commerce activities. In addition, the company offers ready-made garments, such as shirts, pants, and trousers; twill fabrics; denim products; hosiery; garment accessories, including sewing threads, buttons, zippers, and labels; and fibers. Further, it imports, exports, and supplies industrial machinery, spare parts, and raw materials. Shasha Denims PLC. was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
