Company profile

Orion Infusion Limited manufactures and sells large volume parenteral and other lifesaving injectable products in Bangladesh. The company offers I.V. rehydration, electrolyte, and acidosis solutions; ranitidine I.V. infusion; anti-microbial products; metronidazole I.V; pure steam generated fluids; and amino acids solution. It also provides sterile and nonpyrogenic solution, such as Dextrolac, Dianak, Hartman, Manisol, Plasmasol, and Proliv; hypertonic solution, including Dextrosal, Electrodex-10, Fructose – 10, Orlev, Ortac; Dextropac, an isotonic solution; Intralipid 10, a fat emulsion for intravenous use; Maprocin, a fluorinated quinolone antimicrobial agent; and Salpac, a sterile and nonpyrogenic solution. The company was formerly known as Mala Chemical & Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. and changed its name to Orion Infusion Limited in 1994. Orion Infusion Limited was incorporated in 1983 and is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
