In plain words
Uttara Finance's share price has been falling for years, from about ৳70 in 2018 to around ৳34 in 2023, then below ৳20 in 2024. It touched ৳8.9 in January 2026, jumped to above ৳12 in early February, and spent the spring and summer between roughly ৳12.5 and ৳15.4, peaking at ৳15.4 in mid-June. Since late August it has slid steadily, and on 1 November it dropped 4.7% to ৳10.1, the lowest close since January. It is below the 50-day average (the average close of the last 50 trading days, ৳11.79) and the 200-day average (the last 200 days, ৳12.42), and the 50-day has crossed under the 200-day, the usual picture of a downtrend. The levels that matter are ৳10.0, today's low, ৳8.9, the January low, and ৳10.9–11.5 overhead, where recent bounces stalled.
Key levels
Support is a price where buyers have stepped in before; resistance is where rallies have run out. For Uttara Finance, ৳10.0 is the area it left behind in late January and the low of the last session, and ৳8.9 is the January floor. Above, ৳10.9 capped late-October trading and the mid-October bounce stopped at ৳11.5.
Trend on each timeframe
All four views point the same way. The monthly chart shows a multi-year decline, the weekly is below both its 10- and 40-week averages with negative MACD, the daily is under its falling 50- and 200-day lines, and the hourly has made lower highs since mid-October. The only divergence is that daily MACD has flattened rather than falling further.
Monthly Down

About ten years of monthly candles; each candle is one month. The orange line is the 12-month average, now ৳11.92. The middle panel is RSI (14), a 0–100 momentum gauge, at 36.8. The share traded near ৳70 in 2018 and has fallen in steps since, with a sharp drop in early 2024 from about ৳34 to below ৳20. A spike in July 2025 reached ৳19.1 and was sold. Lows near ৳8.9 came in January 2026, a rebound peaked at ৳15.4 in June, and price is now back to ৳10.1, below the 12-month average.
Weekly Down

About four years of weekly candles; each candle is one week. Orange is the 10-week average (৳11.48), blue the 40-week (৳12.74), roughly a 200-day line. The lower panel is MACD, which tracks momentum through the gap between two averages. A low of ৳8.9 in January 2026 was followed by a jump to ৳12.8 in the first week of February on 749k shares. Price then ranged ৳12.4–15.4 until August, peaking at ৳15.4 in mid-June. Since late August weekly closes have stepped down from ৳13.0 to ৳10.1. MACD is −0.59 against a signal of −0.28.
Daily Down

About one year of daily candles; each candle is one trading day. Green is the 50-day average (৳11.79), purple the 200-day (৳12.42), the average close of the last 200 sessions. Price hit ৳8.9 in January 2026, jumped to ৳12.5 on 3 February, and traded ৳12.2–15.4 through August, with peaks of ৳15.0 in March and ৳15.4 on 15 June. From September it fell steadily, crossing below the 200-day in late September; the 50-day then crossed below the 200-day. The latest session dropped from ৳10.6 to ৳10.1, the lowest close since January, on 35k shares.
Hourly Down

About two months of hourly candles; each candle is one trading hour. Orange is the 20-hour exponential average (৳10.62), blue the 50-hour (৳10.85); they weight recent prices more. Price drifted from ৳13.4 in late August to ৳10.2 by 13 October, with each rally stopping lower. A bounce to ৳11.5 on 14–16 October faded, and price spent late October between ৳10.5 and ৳10.9. On the last session it broke down to ৳10.0–10.1 on one of the larger hourly volumes. Hourly RSI is 36.4.
Momentum and volume
Selling pressure is in charge: RSI at 28.9 is in the zone often called oversold, meaning price has fallen fast relative to recent moves, and the close slipped below the lower Bollinger band. ADX shows sellers (−DI 22.0) far ahead of buyers (+DI 8.4). The latest drop came on about twice the usual volume, so it was not a quiet slide.

About six months of daily candles; each candle is one day. The shaded channel is Bollinger Bands: a 20-day average (৳10.86) with bands two standard deviations above (৳11.58) and below (৳10.14), the usual range of swings. Panels show RSI (28.9), MACD (−0.37, level with its signal) and ADX/DMI (ADX 22.4, +DI 8.4, −DI 22.0). Price peaked at ৳15.4 in mid-June, held ৳13–14 through July, and has walked down the lower half of the channel since August. The latest candle closed just below the lower band, and RSI dropped back under 30.
What would change the picture
Each scenario card names a price and what a daily close beyond it would mean for the chart's shape. They are conditions to watch, not predictions; they do not say which way the price will move, only how the picture changes if a level is crossed.
Recent changes and what followed
Each row is a day a tracked signal changed, and the price move over the next 5, 20 and 60 trading days (blank until that many days have passed). Past moves do not predict future ones.
