In plain words
Union Capital's share price has spent most of the past two years falling. It went from ৳14.40 in February 2024 to ৳2.50 at the end of December 2025. A sharp rally followed, reaching ৳7.20 in early March 2026, but that gain faded, and from April to October the price moved sideways between about ৳3.80 and ৳5.30. During October it sat quietly near ৳4.00–4.20, below its 50-day average (the average closing price of the last 50 trading days, now ৳4.28) and its 200-day average (the average of the last 200 days, now ৳4.49). In the last two sessions the price jumped about 20%, closing at ৳4.90 on 1 November, above both averages, on roughly twice the usual trading volume. It is now in the middle of its six-month range. The levels that matter most are ৳5.30 above, the top of that range, and ৳4.49–4.50 below, where the 200-day average sits.
Key levels
Support is a price where buying has tended to stop declines; resistance is where selling has tended to stop rallies. On Union Capital, ৳5.30 turned price back in June, July and August, and ৳5.00–5.10 saw repeated stalls. Below, ৳4.10–4.20 held through October, and ৳3.80–3.90 marks the May and October lows.
Trend on each timeframe
The monthly chart shows a long decline that has flattened into a range since March. The weekly chart is sideways, with price just back above its 10- and 40-week averages. The daily and hourly charts are both pointing up after the two-day jump. So the short-term pictures are stronger than the longer-term ones, which still show a range rather than a trend.
Monthly Sideways

Each candle is one month, covering about ten years. The orange line is the 12-month simple average (৳4.45); the lower panel is RSI, a 0–100 momentum gauge, at 48.2, and the bottom panel is monthly volume. Price fell from ৳14.40 in February 2024 to a low of ৳2.50 in December 2025, then rallied to ৳7.20 in March 2026 on the heaviest volume since 2024 (31.5 million shares). Since April it has traded between ৳3.80 and ৳5.30, hugging the 12-month average. November opened at ৳4.90.
Weekly Sideways

Each candle is one week, about four years in all. The orange line is the 10-week average (৳4.32) and the blue line the 40-week average (৳4.70). The MACD panel compares a fast and slow average to show momentum; it reads -0.05 against a -0.06 signal, a small positive crossover near zero. After the February–March 2026 spike to ৳7.20, weekly closes slid from ৳6.20 to ৳3.90 in May and then held ৳4.0–5.0 through October. This week's ৳4.90 close is the first above both averages since early August.
Daily Up

Each candle is one trading day, roughly the last year. The green line is the 50-day average (৳4.28), the average close of the last 50 sessions, and the purple line the 200-day average (৳4.49). Price bottomed at ৳2.50 on 29 December 2025, surged to ৳7.20 on 3 March 2026, then eased into a ৳4.2–5.3 range from May to September. In October it drifted to ৳3.90–4.20 below both averages. On 29 October it rose to ৳4.50 on 413,759 shares, and on 1 November it closed at ৳4.90 on 207,451 shares, above both lines.
Hourly Up

Each candle is one trading hour, covering about two months. The orange and blue lines are 20- and 50-hour exponential averages, which weight recent prices more (৳4.53 and ৳4.33). From late August price stepped down from ৳4.70 to a ৳3.90–4.20 shelf through October. On 29 October the first hour lifted it from ৳4.20 to ৳4.50 on 396,288 shares, and on 1 November every hour printed ৳4.90 flat. Hourly RSI is 82.6, the highest on the chart.
Momentum and volume
Momentum readings switched sharply in two days. RSI went from the mid-40s to 79.7, a zone that marks a very fast rise. MACD turned positive, and the price closed outside the upper Bollinger Band after weeks of a narrow, quiet channel. Trading volume is about twice its recent average, so more buyers have been active than in October.

Each candle is one trading day over about six months. Bollinger Bands are a channel two standard deviations around the 20-day average (৳4.13); the channel narrowed through October as price stalled at ৳3.90–4.20, then the close of ৳4.90 broke above the upper band at ৳4.55. RSI, a 0–100 momentum gauge, rose from about 45 to 79.7. MACD moved above its signal and above zero (0.05 vs -0.04). In the DMI panel, +DI rose to 26.8 over -DI at 12.7, while ADX, the trend-strength line, stands at 38.5 from the earlier decline.
What would change the picture
Each scenario card names a price level and describes what a daily close beyond it would mean for the chart's structure. They are conditions to watch, not predictions; none of them says which will happen, and price can stay between levels for a long time.
Recent changes and what followed
Each row is a day a tracked signal changed, and the price move over the next 5, 20 and 60 trading days (blank until that many days have passed). Past moves do not predict future ones.
