(1.71) for July-September, 2014. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 7.50 as of September 30, 2015 and Tk. 2.29 as of September 30, 2014.

(2.48) for the year ended on June 30, 2015.as against Tk. (370.70) m., Tk. (5.01), Tk. 4.04 and Tk. 26.27 respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2014.The Board has also decided to amend clause # 97 of Articles of Association regarding increase of number of Board of Directors subject to approval of shareholders in the 20th AGM as special Business.

    Consolidated Net Profit/(loss) after tax (excluding non-controlling interest) from Jan15 to March15 was Tk. 30.44 million with consolidated EPS of Tk. 0.30 as against Tk. (132.61) million and Tk. (1.32) respectively for the same period of the previous year. Whereas consolidated Net Profit/(loss) after tax (excluding non-controlling interest) from July14 to March15 was Tk. (116.34) million with consolidated EPS of Tk. (1.16) as against Tk. (311.59) million and Tk. (3.10) respectively for the same period of the previous year. Consolidated accumulated profit/(loss) of the Company was Tk. (593.49) million as on 31.03.2015 .

    Consolidated net profit after tax (excluding non controlling interests) from July14 to Dec14 was Tk. (146.78) m. with consolidated EPS of Tk. (1.62) as against Tk. (178.98) m. and Tk. (1.98) respectively for the same period of the previous year. Whereas consolidated net profit after tax (excluding non controlling interests) from Oct14 to Dec14 was Tk. (41.40) m. with consolidated EPS of Tk. (0.46) as against Tk. (141.50) m and Tk. (1.56) respectively for the same period of the previous year. Consolidated accumulated profit/(loss) of the Company was Tk. (623.93) m. as on 31.12.2014.
