In plain words
Eastern Housing (EHL) has been falling since mid-July. Back then it reached ৳104.8 on very heavy trading, but each bounce since has stopped lower than the one before, which is what a downtrend looks like. In early October it dropped from about ৳82.7 to the mid-70s, then drifted sideways around ৳74–76 for three weeks. Today it closed at ৳73.80, below that sideways band, its lowest close since March. The stock now trades under its 50-day average (the average closing price of the last 50 trading days, ৳82.92) and its 200-day average (the same over 200 days, ৳83.39), and the shorter one has just dipped below the longer one. Over the past year the price has ranged from ৳67.3 to ৳104.8. The levels that matter now are ৳73.5–74.2 just below, ৳70 and ৳67.3 further down, and ৳76.6 and ৳77.6 above.
Key levels
Support is a price where buying has stopped falls before; resistance is where selling has capped rises. For EHL, ৳74.2 held for three weeks in October before giving way today. The September low of ৳77.6 used to be a floor and now sits above price. Further down, ৳70 and the ৳67.3 low from November 2025 are where price turned up last year.
Trend on each timeframe
The monthly chart shows a wide ৳67–105 range that has held since 2024, so the long picture is sideways. Inside that range the weekly, daily and hourly charts all point down: the shorter averages sit below the longer ones and price is under all of them. The only disagreement is time scale: the long-term range is intact while every shorter view is falling.
Monthly Sideways

Each candle is one month, covering roughly the last ten years. The orange line is the 12-month simple average (৳82.03 now); the lower panels show RSI(14) and monthly volume. EHL spiked to ৳147.9 in late 2022, then spent 2024–2026 in a broad range between about ৳67 and ৳105. The July 2026 candle reached ৳104.8 on the heaviest volume in two years (26.8M shares), but August through October closed lower each month (91.0, 84.5, 76.3). Price is now below the 12-month line and RSI is 45, below its midpoint.
Weekly Down

Each candle is one week, about four years in view. The orange line is the 10-week average (৳80.08), the blue line the 40-week average (৳84.22); MACD sits below, volume at the bottom. A rally from ৳73 in March to ৳104.8 in mid-July came on weeks of 9.6M shares. Since then weekly closes stepped down: ৳93.6, ৳89.1, ৳83.5, then ৳75.6 in early October. The 10-week line has turned below the 40-week, and MACD (−2.70) is under its signal (−2.19). Recent weekly volume has been light, mostly under 0.5M shares.
Daily Down

Each candle is one trading day, about a year shown. The green line is the 50-day average (৳82.92), the purple line the 200-day average (৳83.39). Price rallied from ৳73.3 in March to ৳104.8 on 13 July on volume near 3.9M shares, then slid in steps. A September flush touched ৳77.6, a bounce stalled at ৳87.4, and on 6 October a drop from ৳82.7 to ৳78.2 opened the move to the mid-70s. Today's close of ৳73.80 is the lowest since March. The 50-day has just slipped beneath the 200-day.
Hourly Down

Each candle is one trading hour, covering about the last two months. The orange line is the 20-hour EMA (৳74.92) and the blue line the 50-hour EMA (৳75.56); RSI(14) and volume are below. Hourly price fell from about ৳87 in late September to ৳74.2 by mid-October, then moved sideways between ৳74.2 and ৳76.6 with both EMAs flattening overhead. The last push to ৳76.6 on 29 October reversed, and today price fell through the range floor to ৳73.50. RSI is 38.5 and volume stayed light.
Momentum and volume
Selling pressure is in charge. The trend-strength reading (ADX) is high at 46, and the sellers' line is far above the buyers'. RSI, which measures recent gains against losses, is 33.5, weak but not yet extreme. MACD is negative but had begun to flatten. Volume has been below average, so the decline is happening without heavy trading.

Each candle is one trading day over about six months. The shaded channel is the Bollinger Band (middle ৳77.08, upper ৳83.42, lower ৳70.73), which widens when moves get bigger. Below are RSI(14) at 33.5, MACD at −2.45 against a −2.68 signal, and ADX/DMI. Price rode the upper band to ৳104.8 in July, then hugged the lower half from August on. ADX has climbed to 46 with the −DI line (31.9) far above +DI (12.7), showing a strong downtrend; the MACD histogram turned slightly positive in late October before today's drop.
What would change the picture
The scenario cards show what certain closing prices would mean for the chart's structure. They are conditions to watch, not predictions; no one knows which, if any, will happen. Each card names a level from the data and describes how the picture would change if price closed beyond it.
Recent changes and what followed
Each row is a day a tracked signal changed, and the price move over the next 5, 20 and 60 trading days (blank until that many days have passed). Past moves do not predict future ones.
