The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the proposal for purchasing a floor space measuring 10,169 sft. (8th Floor) in the building named 'BTI Landmark' with proportionate share of undivided and undemarcated land measuring 1.9083 katha situated at Plot No. 16, Block-CWS (A), Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan, Dhaka-1212 from Building Technology & Ideas Ltd. (BTI)at an estimated cost of Tk. 33.46 crore which includes utility cost, car parking cost, registration fee, transfer price, stamp duty Tax, VAT, legal fee etc. subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank.
