(0.29) for January-March 2026 as against Tk. 1.27 for January-March 2025; Consolidated EPS was Tk. 1.54 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 5.10 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 7.64 for July 2025-March 2026 as against Tk. 2.24 for July 2024-March 2025. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 54.20 as on March 31, 2026, and Tk. 55.86 as on June 30, 2025.Reasons for significant deviation: (cont.) (Cont. news of SQUARETEXT): During the period EPS decreased due to decrease of yarn price significantly as well as increase of finance cost. The business operation is volatile and realization from debtors (100% confirmed back to back LC) also very positively co-related with this, but all import payments should be made as per provision of UCPDC-600, resultant, the per share operating cash flows fluctuates from quarter to quarter, which is very common for the spinning business trend.
