- Q3 Financials
(Q3 Un-audited): Decrease in consolidated life revenue account for July-September, 2016 was Tk. 101.56 million as against increase of Tk. 144.53 million for July-September, 2015. Whereas decrease in consolidated life insurance fund for Jan- September, 2016 was Tk. 723.44 million with consolidated total life insurance fund of Tk. 8,334.24 million as against increase of Tk. 33.44 million and Tk. 9,057.49 million respectively for Jan- September, 2015.

Mrs. Rowshan Ara and Mr. Faruque Ahmed, both are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, have further reported that they have completed their transfer of 30,000 sahers and 10,000 shares respectively to their son Mr. Farid Imran Ahmed, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange, as announced earlier.
