The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 0.93, NAV per share of Tk. 22.49 and NOCFPS of Tk. 2.19 for the 12 months period from May 01, 2015 to April 30, 2016 as against Tk. 1.27, Tk. 22.65 and Tk. 2.69 respectively for the 12 months period from May 01, 2014 to April 30, 2015.

  7. Price Limit Open

  8. Board Meeting

    As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 24, 2016 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the period of 14 months from May 01, 2015 to June 30, 2016.

  9. Change of Financial year

    The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided, according to the Companies Act, 1994 and BSEC Directive dated April 27, 2016, to extend the Financial Year 2016 of the Company by an additional period of 2 months comprising to 14 months period ending on 30.06.2016 instead of 30.04.2016 in order to comply with the uniform income year from July to June as per provision of Section 9 of the Finance Act, 2015.

  10. Q3 Financials

    EPS was Tk. 0.26 for November'15-January'16 as against Tk. 0.21 for November'14-January'15; EPS was Tk. 0.70 for May'15-January'16 as against Tk. 0.97 for May'14-January'15. NOCFPS was Tk. 0.62 for May'15-January'16 as against Tk. 3.18 for May'14-January'15. NAV per share was Tk. 22.91 as of January 31, 2016 and Tk. 21.86 as of January 31, 2015.

  11. Board Meeting

    As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 28, 2016 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended on January 31, 2016.

  12. Credit Rating

    Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the entity rating (surveillance) of the Company as "A3" along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to April 30, 2015; business data up to October 31, 2015; bank liability position as on November 30, 2015 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
