In response to the DSE letter regarding clarification of recent news published in a daily newspaper titled "UCB to auction Saif Powertec assets to recover Tk. 518 cr loan" on March 20, 2025, the company has informed DSE, among others, the following, (cont.) (Cont. news of SAIFPOWER): ".....we are going to settlement the matter with the Bank-United Commercial Bank PLC [UCBL] Mohakhali Branch, Dhaka-1212 for which our management is discussion this matter with greater attention with the concerned authority of the Bank to solve it as early as possible. We are very much hopeful that this matter will not impact any adverse effect on our Company....." (end)
