- Board decision regarding sale of land
The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its 213rd meeting held on October 06, 2026 has decided to sale land of Aftab Nagar, Plot No. M-39, Road No. 18, Avenue-12, Sector-03, Rampura, Dhaka-1219, total 8.54 Katha at a rate of Tk. 1,70,00,000/- (One crore seventy lakh only) per katha, totaling Tk. 14,51,80,000/- (Fourteen crore fifty one lakh eighty thousand only) subject to the approval from the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA).
