Therefore, the Company has requested the concerned Brokerage Houses to submit their required statement on or before 29.02.2016.

The Company has requested the concerned Brokerage Houses to provide the statement with the details (shareholder name, BO ID number, client-wise shareholding position, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate and net dividend receivable) of their margin loan holders, as on record date, to the Company's share office or mail to [email protected] on or before 25.03.2016. The Brokerage Houses are also requested to provide their bank account name and number, routing number etc.

The Company has informed that it has signed a contract with Project Builders Limited (PBL) on 15.02.2016 for construction of 23 storied Head Office Building on Company's own land (0.42 acre) at Sheikh Mujib Road, Agrabad, Chittagong.
