- Regarding Disbursement of Cash Dividend
The Company has informed that their dividend account has been frozen vide Financial Institution Matter No 01 of 2019 since February 2020; so they are not in a position to disburse cash dividend to General Shareholder. The company is suspecting a hearing of the suite in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh next week. As soon as the Honorable Court pass an order to open the dividend account, they will disburse the same at the earliest.

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on January 27, 2021 as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended on December 31, 2020, has been postponed.
