As per the agreement, Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited will be the exclusive importer and distributor of Promat in Bangladesh. Jenson & Nicholson (Bangladesh) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berger, shall be an exclusive indenting agent of Promat in Bangladesh.
