The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has Extended Lay-off time of Factory production of the Company for 6 (six) months from 13-02-2026 to 12-08-2026 due to Gas & Electricity line disconnection with the Factory of non-payment of bills for fund crisis of the Company. The Company will Re-open & Re-start Factory Production from 13-08-2026. The Management also informed that they are trying to collect necessary fund from respective bank & other sources. (cont.)
