The auditor of the company has given the following 'Emphasis of Matter' paragraph in the audit report of the company prepared for the year ended on 30 June 2016. Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Entity (surveillance) Rating of the Company as "AA3" based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2016; bank liability position as on October 31, 2016 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
