- Board decision to run the factory at a reduced capacity
The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has discussed about the recent Gas crisis for which the production of the Company is affected due to lack of captive power generation required for production. Raw materials for electricity producing generators are natural gas. Due to low pressure of natural gas the production of the factory is being hampered and accordingly the Board of Directors have become compelled to run the factory at a reduced capacity of 10% capacity until further notice.

In view of the said refusal of the banks to give consent to the proposed amalgamation, the board has decided to withdraw the application of Amalgamation between Alltex Industries Limited (AIL) with Alltex Fabrics Limited (AFL) which was previously submitted to the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
