Apex Foods: shrimp exports of 1,963 tonnes in FY2025 from 2,953 in FY2022; FY2026 EPS BDT 14.21 announced on DSE
Apex Foods exports all of its processed shrimp from one Chattogram plant that used 31.2% of its installed capacity in FY2025. Revenue was BDT 2,156.2m in FY2025 and BDT 2,374.3m in the nine months to March 2026; tax took 55.2% of FY2025 profit before tax. FY2026 EPS was BDT 14.21 and NAV per share BDT 241.97, as announced on DSE on 5-Oct-2026. The shares closed at BDT 281.6 on 1-Nov-2026.

Golden Harvest Agro: a frozen-food maker with a 42% gross margin, a loss at the bottom line from ice-cream associate losses and BDT 224m of finance cost
FY2025 revenue was BDT 858m and profit from operations BDT 191m, but finance expenses of BDT 224m and a BDT 157m share of associate losses left a loss of BDT 0.24 a share; the FY2026 loss announced on 28-Oct-2026 is BDT 0.57 a share. Borrowings reached 0.96x equity and the audit opinion is qualified.
