FY2026 audited accounts. The year ended on 30-Jun-2026. On 26-Oct-2026 DSE posted that the board will meet on November 09, 2026 at 4:30 PM to consider the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 [8]. The FY2026 annual statements are not in the corpus at 1-Nov-2026. Earlier boards approved the annual accounts on 28-Sep-2022 (FY2022), 31-Oct-2023 (FY2023), 10-Nov-2024 (FY2024) and 30-Oct-2025 (FY2025) [7 p.10] [6 p.11] [5 p.7] [1 p.93]. The notified 9-Nov-2026 date is later than the 30-Oct-2025 precedent and inside the four-year span of 28-Sep to 10-Nov.
Record date and AGM. For FY2022 the board signed on 28-Sep-2022, the record date was October 24 2022 and the AGM, first called for November 08, 2022, was refixed to December 08, 2022 [7 p.10] [27 p.8] [27 p.7]. For FY2024 and FY2025 the record dates were 01-Dec-2024 and 23-Nov-2025 and AGMs were called for 26-Dec-2024 and 29-Dec-2025 [8]. No FY2023 record date or AGM date was found in the corpus. Measured from each board meeting, the record date came 21-26 days later and the AGM 46-71 days later over these three years. Both inferences depend on the 9-Nov-2026 board meeting taking place on that date: the FY2026 record date is inferred at 30-Nov to 5-Dec-2026 and the AGM at 25-Dec-2026 to 19-Jan-2027 (3 years each); no record date or AGM date has been posted at 31-Oct-2026 [8].
Quarterly accounts. Signing and board dates: Q1 on 14-Nov-2023, 14-Nov-2024 and 16-Nov-2025; Q2 on 31-Jan-2023, 30-Jan-2024, 29-Jan-2025 and 31-Jan-2026; Q3 on 30-Apr-2023, 30-Jun-2024 (the merged 9M FY2024 statements), 29-Apr-2025 and 29-Apr-2026 [30 p.3] [28 p.3] [31 p.3] [29 p.3] [32 p.3] [8]. On these precedents Q1 FY2027 is inferred at 14-Nov to 16-Nov-2026 (3 years), Q2 FY2027 at 29-Jan to 31-Jan-2027 (4 years) and Q3 FY2027 at 29-Apr to 30-Jun-2027 (4 years). The Q1 FY2027 range overlaps the notified 9-Nov-2026 annual board meeting. LDC graduation date: 24-Nov-2029 [35] [36].
